The security of Fox’s property requires that Fox’s guards be permitted to search vehicles for any Fox property before such vehicles depart the premises. Client hereby consents and agrees to open any and all compartments to such vehicles if requested to do so by Fox’s guards. Client, on behalf of itself, its agents, representatives and employees, waives any and all claims for any damages due to such searches. Client shall notify its agents, representatives, employees, contractors, guests and invitees of this requirement. In the event that Fox, in its sole discretion, determines that any agent, representative, employee, contractor, guest or invitee of Client poses a security risk, then Fox shall be entitled to deny admittance to the Event or remove any such person from the Event.

The Los Angeles-area evangelical university, founded in 1908, also has an officially approved campus group for same-sex attracted Christians called "Sustinere," which is designed to be a "safe space" and a caring community for students "as they learn to live authentically and lovingly with same-sex attractions, orientations and identities."
Crowell offers two master’s programs in business administration: a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and a Masters in Professional Accountancy (MPAcc). Both of these degrees can be obtained through a full-time or part-time schedule. Both the MBA and MPAcc programs are accredited through the Western Association of Schools and Colleges with the MBA being accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs as well. The undergraduate program at Crowell offers majors in accounting and in business administration with emphasis in international business, management, marketing, marketing management and business analytics. The school offers a minor in business administration available to all undergraduates at Biola University. The undergraduate program boasts approximately 400 students, making it the largest undergraduate program at Biola.
