Vice President, Customer Network Solutions Jose Lugo, Vice President, Customer Network Solutions is responsible for all activities related to Pre-sale Engineering, Solutions Engineering and Network Design Engineering for Altice USA Business Services. Jose leads his team to meet the company’s business objectives and to ensure the successful sale and deployment of customer network solutions across all vertical industries. He is tasked with driving revenue by providing optimal pre-sales technical support for Altice B2B customers. Another of Jose’s responsibilities is to develop and deploy unique or custom solutions for customers, as well as provide a high level of responsiveness, flexibility and quality to foster innovation, grow business and create new revenue streams. Prior to leading the Customer Network Solutions team, Jose held many important Engineering roles at Altice USA Business Services (Lightpath), including Chief Network Engineer, Director Network Architecture and Vice President of Technology Operations. In these former positions, he was responsible for providing oversight and guidance to a high performing team of technical Engineering and IT professionals who were responsible for the design, engineering, and technology support of the company’s network infrastructure, network and IT systems, and customer-facing services. Jose has 17 years of Telecommunications experience which includes designing, implementing, managing and leading teams in the Network Engineering space. He has a background in Electrical Engineering with a good understanding of telecommunication electronics.
