As the legal profession and clients diversify, innovation is key to the success and continual growth. I strive to innovate in all I do, and analyse the information in front of me. While Vice President (Education) of the Deakin Law Students Society, I identified a need within the student body for a peer tutorial service, then designed and implemented it. Not only was the program well-received by students, it also challenged the expectations of the law school, and highlighted a new way to support their students. Also key to this growth and success are people. As an aspiring young professional, I will bring to the workforce my passion for people, their ideas and a creative mindset to engage them in their endeavours. My strong communication skills and consultative attitude will enable me to work with a diverse range of people, and employ a client-centric approach to my work.
